Smart Document Collection

The Smart Document Collection feature allows providers to apply business rules at both location and provider levels to determine, based on driver data, reservation details, and predefined criteria, which documents are most appropriate to request from each driver.

How It Works​

  • Dynamic Rules Engine: Business rules can be configured to evaluate driver information (such as nationality, age, or license type) and reservation details (such as pickup location or rental duration).
  • Contextual Document Requests: The system automatically identifies and requests the necessary documents for each scenario. For example, it can be set to require a passport from drivers whose country of origin differs from the rental location.
  • Flexible Configuration: Providers can define and update rules to adapt to changing regulations, operational needs, or specific requirements for different locations.
