The Online Check-in process enables drivers to upload and validate all required documents entirely online, streamlining the rental experience and reducing manual workload for both customers and staff.

What Is Online Check-in?​

Online Check-in refers to the digital collection and validation of driver documents before arriving at the rental location. Drivers can conveniently upload their identification, driving license, and any other necessary documents from their smartphone or computer, ensuring all information is ready and verified ahead of time.

Use Case: Digital Document Collection and Validation​

One common use case is to enable the system for online check-in, allowing users to complete all document-related steps remotely. After the check-in is completed, the user is directed to the physical counter for the rest of the rental process. In this scenario, the Virtual Counter focuses exclusively on gathering, validating, and sending the verified data to the Rental Management System (RMS).

  • Review uploaded documents for each reservation.
  • Validate or reject documents as needed.
  • Request changes or additional information from drivers.
